Q:Do I need an appointment?

A: Appointments are only required for a custom suit

Q: How many people can I bring with me?

A: We recommend bringing only 1-2 people who you trust to help you make decisions. After you have selected everything for your party, the rest of your group can come in when it's convenient for them to get measured.

Q: How far in advance do I need to come in?

A: We recommend coming in about 6 weeks before your event. This will allow for enough time for you to select from all our options, get everyone measured and things ordered if needed. Of course, we can accommodate shorter time-frames but it may limit your options. We request all measurements be submitted for groups at least a week before the event.

Q: Can you do same-day rentals?

A: Yes, we can accommodate same-day rentals but there is a $20 rush charge.

Q: What if I need my rental for more than a weekend?

A:Rentals are considered per-event/weekend. If you need your rentals for longer than that we can accommodate a 1.5x rental or 2x rental for an extra charge.

Rentals are usually ready 2 days before your event and are due back on the following business day.

Q: What if my groomsmen live out of state?

A: Please have your guests visit their closest menswear store to get professionally measured. Send us their measurements and we can have everything ready for when your guests arrive. We still recommend having them in to try everything on incase we need to make any adjustments.

Q: What if my event is out of state?

A: We can drop-ship your rentals to your location and will even include a return shipping label to make everything as easy as possible.

Q: How long do your custom suits take?

A: The appointment process takes about 2 hours. Once you pay the deposit they take 5-6 weeks to arrive.

Q: Can I rent pieces individually? (pants, shirts, shoes, ties etc?)

A:Yes. All of our pieces can be rented individually. Please see our rental page for pricing.

Q: Do you offer kids sizing?

A: We do have options for kids sizes 4T and up. Pricing is the same as the adults and colors are limited.

Q: What if I love my rental so much I want to purchase it?

A: We'd love to discuss this option with you. We have several rent/buy options and it's possible you may just need to pay the price difference and you can keep the nice suit that everyone complimented you on.
